The problem of waste is an environmental issue that is still difficult to solve, especially in a school environment that produces waste every day. Lack of understanding about waste segregation causes low participation of school community in sustainable waste management. This community service activity aims to empower school communities consisting of students, teachers, and education personnel in understanding and implementing waste sorting from an early age. The methods used include counseling, practical training on sorting organic and inorganic waste, and providing supporting facilities such as segregated waste bins. The activity was carried out at SD Negeri Kebanyakan Kota Serang, with a participatory and educational approach. The results of the activities showed an increase in knowledge and awareness of the school community towards the importance of waste segregation and the emergence of internal initiatives to continue the program independently. This service is expected to be the first step in establishing a culture of environmental care in schools and supporting sustainable environmental conservation efforts.
