The results indicated improved digital capabilities of the partner in using social media (Instagram, Go Food), utilizing marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia), and recording transactions using the BukuKas app. A significant impact was observed in the form of a 20% increase in daily revenue and a more structured business system. This program demonstrates that technology-based mentoring can be an effective solution for microenterprises to face challenges in the digital era.
