Pemberdayaan Usaha Mikro Sate Bandeng Ratu Iis melalui Penguatan Legalitas, Sertifikasi Halal, dan Strategi Pemasaran Digital

This community service program aimed to support the micro business Sate Bandeng “Ratu Iis” in strengthening its legal status and market competitiveness. The business faced issues such as the absence of a Business Identification Number (NIB), halal certification, and professional packaging or marketing. Activities included assistance with NIB registration, halal certification via the self-declare scheme, packaging and labeling improvement, and digital marketing through social media and ecommerce platforms. All activities were implemented successfully and well-received by the business owner. While measurable sales impact cannot yet be determined in the short term, the program increased awareness, motivation, and professionalism. Academic involvement played a significant role in empowering the microenterprise for sustainable development.
